Season 4 (SPOILERS WITHIN)

Well that was as bleak as it was terrific. Absolutely terrific. I can't predict too easily where they are going from here, but I would assume that it is building up partially to an epic showdown against the remaining 'evil' Cylons. They're kind of obliged to explain to some extent the presence of the final 5 Cylons and Starbuck's rebirth .

I'm interested in seeing how the upcoming Caprica ties into this, but I have a nagging fear that Caprica isn't going to be a patch on it.

Gaeta seems to be getting more and more bitter as time goes on, and Tigh seems to be getting less and less so. It's like they're sort of switching roles.

The webisodes did a good job explaining his transformation into a complete @$$hole.

I hear the latest episode is fantastic. Explains almost everything apparently. Looking forward to seeing it. Also I have heard that the series Caprica wont be happening but its all musings atm anyway.

The Caprica pilot is made and ready to go, but I'm not sure if any episodes were ordered though it does appear that the crew is mobilised and prepared to go: http://featuresblogs.chicagotribune.com ... enson.html

Personally I think they should let it rest at BSG.

I saw the latest BSG episode on the webs and it was very expositional in nature and it did shed light on some things. There are still some secrets to tease out before the end however.

Yes. It is fuckin brilliant.

As Max says, I think they've made a mini-series piloty type thing. They dunno if it'll go to a series yet.

And it does seem kind of redundant.

The finale is great. Ties up every loose end satisfactorily.

I've heard mixed reports about the last 10 minutes.

I've finally gotten to see the finale in its entirety and I loved it. A very fitting and appropriate end. The explanation for the 'in head' characters was much more straightforward (and yet obvious) than I would have assumed but I'm glad that they did not try anything convoluted. I loved that 150,000 years later sequence :)

The last ten minutes are really the reward for watching the rest of it. It was so depressing and dreary for the last ten episodes or something, and to be honest, it never really picks up, but it's good stuff anyway.

There is no happy ending.

There's really only two ways they could have gone with this, when you think about it, and they clearly chose one and decided to run with it.
