Edited first post, pretty much everyone possible is contacted now. Time to start organising a time and a place. Any suggestions? Anyone doing repeats or going on holidays?

We wont be able to accommidate everyone, but we'll make a stab at it anyway. I think we could get between 25 and 30 people for this.
